In an effort to find a niche that will be a good fit for this blog, I have decided to focus on two important items that people need to buy on credit - a home and a car. As you see, even the blog's title has been adjusted accordingly.
These are not frivolous needs, and they require much information-gathering before decision-making. I hope to be able to contribute to the information-gathering stage in this blog.
We will be covering home loans, mortgages, car loans and various aspects of choosing and buying the perfect home and the perfect car.

Often people forget to research loans before they start to look for a car or house.
In reality finding the right loan should be as important as choose what you plan to buy.
Buy playing around with a loan calculator Like the one in my name link, you can see how even a small % change can make a big difference in both your monthly payment and the overall amount you paid for the car or house.
It is good to reinvent. Nice to have a change sometimes.
