Adsense Downturn Shouldn't Discourage Bloggers

Most publishers have reported a drastic decrease in Google Adsense earnings in the past few months. This is predicted to continue in the coming months and is seen as a result of th global economic crisis. There are fewer advertisers and the cost per ad served has been lowered, as well.

This should not discourage bloggers from continuing with Adsense, though.

Of course, it would be prudent to add other possible sources of income online. But Adsense should not be totally scrapped from your list. Google, after all, is one of the more solid companies that should be able to weather this crisis.

All of us need to adjust to what is happening to the worldwide economy and just continue blogging and working onward.
